Every piece of work is scoped and quoted in writing before it begins. Prices shown on the site are starting points and depend on the size, complexity and scope of the business.

Reports and recommendations are advisory. Implementation work, where agreed, is quoted separately, and any third-party supplier costs remain the client's responsibility.
